When I go to Cost Plus Imports, I normally skip everything and head right to the back of the store where all the lovely imported snacks are. But on my last visit I wound up taking some time in the jewelry section and was amazed at the bargains I found. Each clearance piece was $4 or less, including that great necklace and those stacks of bracelets. And you guys know how I love my bracelets.
